'Blooming Art' is modeled after the Boston Museum of Fine Arts 'Art in Bloom' show, which is an annual celebration of floral arrangements inspired by the Museum’s many masterpieces. Beginning in the early days of the MVGC Blooming Art event, the Old Mill was transformed into a gallery filled with the art of Vineyard artists displayed along with interpretive floral arrangements created by our Garden Club members. That tradition continues in the 'Summer Home' of the MV Garden Club. Do come visit us for Blooming Art 2022 and purchase a piece of art art which will support the Club...and become a member and join us for meetings that are both informative and social!

Scholarship Fund NEWS...
At Senior Awards night at the OB Tabernacle, the MV Garden Club presented its $1,500.00 Scholarship to graduate Ella Buchert. In a commitment to encourage future generations to preserve and improve our island and make the world a better place, the Club awards scholarships to Vineyard high school students bound for a college major in a field related to horticulture, landscape, environmental studies, farming, or other connected areas of studdy. MARTHA'S VINEYARD GARDEN CLUB
The Martha's Vineyard Garden Club, established in 1924, is an island-wide community organization of almost two hundred members (including many seasonal residents), who share a passion for gardening, conservation, and maintaining our unique environment. Our monthly meetings are both educational and social; our programs are varied and designed to meet personal and community needs. We value Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and everyone is welcome to be a member or guest of our club.
