In 2025 fourteen members of our club created 40 centerpieces and arrangements for the Hospice Soirée at Farm Neck Golf Club. Under the leadership of Wiet Bacheller, it was an honor to again support this wonderful island organization. A special thank-you to Cronig’s, Fire Cat Farm, Ghost Farm, Morrice Florist, MV Edible Gardens, Slough Farm, Takemmy Farm, and Whippoorwill Farm for their generous floral donations.

In 2024, fourteen Garden Club members joined Wiet Bacheller and Susie Wallo to create 41 floral centerpieces for the annual Hospice Soirée at Farm Neck Golf Club. Their beautiful arrangements added a special touch to this meaningful event.

For the 2023 event, Garden Club members created 32 centerpieces and 8 additional bouquets for the Annual Hospice Summer Soirée. Buckets of freshly cut blue hydrangeas and garden flowers, generously donated by Whippoorwill Farm and Slough Farm, awaited the team. Equipped with garden shears and small rocks to steady the vases, the group got to work—bringing color, beauty, and care to a meaningful event. The arrangements were a heartfelt reflection of the Garden Club’s spirit of service and creativity.
