THE 2016 ANNUAL MEMBERS & MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND PLANT SALES:

The Garden Club's Members and Memorial Day Plant Sales are decades-long traditions. The plants for sale are all grown from seeds and cuttings that Garden Club members nurtured for months at the Club's Greenhouse at the Wakeman Center.

The Members Plant Sale will be held before and after the May 17th meeting.

The  Memorial Day Weekend Plant Sale was held at the Old Mill on May 28th, and Sunday, May 29th, from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Location: The Old Mill in West Tisbury, at  690 Edgartown Rd, across from the Mill Pond. Click HERE for map and driving directions.

For Sale:  There were geraniums in all sizes and colors, ivy geraniums, begonias, buddleia, tomatoes, lettuce, herbs, clematis, fig, hydrangea, lavender, papyrus, Dr. Van Fleet roses, rosemary, sage, streptocarpella (individual plants and hanging baskets), rhododendron, skimmia, and succulents.  And more!

THE GARDENERS & WATERING TEAM: Since September, many Garden Club Members have devoted a morning each week to growing and nurturing the plants that were for sale.
  • THANK YOU to our Gardeners: Wesley & Shelley Brown,, Judy Bryant, Marilyn Bergeron, Tracie Clark, Jackie Hokanson, Vito Palermo, Mary St. Germain, Susan Silva, and Abbie Steele.
  • And THANK YOU to the WATERING TEAM: Cynthia Bloomquist, Mary Ann Dolezsar, Judy Jahries, Charlie Lopresti, Mary Lou Perry, and Judi Worthington.
