Driving Directions to the WAKEMAN CENTER in Vineyard Haven:



From Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, Edgartown:
  1. From the main Cronig's Market in Vineyard Haven (at 357 State Road in Vineyard Haven), travel north on State Road for 7/10 of a mile.
  2. Turn right onto Lambert's Cove Road, and travel for one mile.
  3. Watch for HELEN Avenue on your left. On the corner, you will see the Wakeman Center sign with "Helen Ave. to David Ave." [See photo.]  Turn left onto HELEN Avenue. 
  4. Travel 1/10 of a mile to Wakeman Center entrance on right. [See photo.]
  5. Park car and take stairs and ramp to Wakeman Center entrance. [See photos.] Take stairs on left to meeting room on level below. 


From West Tisbury, Chilmark, Aquinnah:
  1. From the up island Cronig's Market (at 469 State Road in West Tisbury), travel south on State Road for approximately 1/3 of a mile.
  2. Turn left onto Lambert's Cove Road, and travel for 3.3 miles.
  3. Watch for HELEN Avenue on your right. On the corner, you will see the Wakeman Center sign with "Helen Ave. to David Ave." [See photo.]  Turn right onto HELEN Avenue.
  4. Travel 1/10 of a mile to entrance on right. [See second photo.]
  5. Park car and take stairs and ramp to Wakeman Center entrance. [See photos.]  Take stairs on left to meeting room on level below. 

NOTE:
If this is your first meeting at Wakeman, we urge you to follow the directions above and park in the 'upper' parking lot. 
There is also a lower parking lot with a direct entrance to the meeting room, but those directions are more complicated and better explained in person. 
NOTE: The Wakeman Center is off of Lambert's Cove Road, one mile from the southern end of Lambert's Cove Road.
