Our Edgartown Garden Stroll was a fantastic success!
The Martha's Vineyard Garden Club's Summertime fundraiser, held on August 10, 2023 showcased five private Edgartown gardens along with the MV Museum's own
Cooke House and Legacy Garden.
A sincere thank you to the Garden Club 'Owners' who opened their gardens and to the MV Garden Club members who acted as docents and greeters that day. Thanks too, to the sponsors who donated to offset our printing costs. And a huge thank you to
the artistic Brooke Kushwaha for her well-crafted watercolor that set the
tone and feeling of our 'Stroll'!
Below is a smattering of photos from the day...some sent to us by happy attendees, and some from a pro photog who was kind enough to attend our event and share
her awesome images!

Thanks to the MV Museum for opening up the the Gate House to us as a greeting place, admission sales and ticket pick-up spot and The Cooke House and Legacy Gardens were a great addition to our Edgartown Stroll!
Thanks, too to Morning Glory Flowers for the donation of six bouquets for each of the garden tables and to the Edgartown Stop and Shop for the spring water we provided attendees along the Stroll.

As the Co-Chairs of the Edgartown Garden Stroll, we want to once again thank everyone who helped make this fundraiser so successful! We exceeded even our own expectations as the well attended 'Edgartown Stroll' gained the MV Garden Club, The Club's Old Mill Preservation Fund and its charitable initiatives a bit more than $14,000.00 once the bills were paid!
We look forward to the next big event, but for now, we are back to tending to our own gardens! Have a great rest of the Summer! Our Very Best, Anne Kushwaha & Donna Arold |
