November 19, 2019 Monthly Meeting

THE NOVEMBER MEETING is at the the Wakeman Center.
The program begins at 1pm.

PROGRAM:  The Art of Shade Gardening
With Cammie Naylor, Garden and Landscape Designer, Donaroma’s Nursery and Landscape Services

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Learn how to paint a picture in your landscape by utilizing the rich textures and foliage of shade-loving plants. Cammie will reveal design tips on how to build your shade garden “from the ground up.” By incorporating hardscape and softscape examples, you will learn how pathways, patios, and other ornamental features will shed light on those dark corners of your landscape. Further, Cammie will share her favorite plant combinations for window boxes and containers.

ABOUT CAMMIE:
Cammie has been working with Donaroma’s Nursery and Landscape Services as a garden and landscape designer for over 23 years. She is a graduate of the Landscape Design Program at the New York Botanical Garden. Cammie has appeared on HGTV’s “Dream Home” and Plum TV sharing her insights on landscape design principles and her love of plants. She has also been published in New England Home Magazine, Martha’s Vineyard Home and Garden Magazine and The Vineyard Gazette.
