WE HAVE BEEN INVITED TO ATTEND THE SEPTEMBER MEETING OF THE FALMOUTH GARDEN CLUB!
When: Monday, September 11, 2017 @ 10:30 am
Where: First Congregational Church on Falmouth Green
Please read below to find out how to get there
and how to sign up!
We have been invited to attend the September meeting of the Falmouth Garden Club! Their speaker will be Tony Todesco, notable florist, designer and judge. He will be creating some fabulous new designs sure to delight and inspire. The designs will be raffled. The suggested donation to attend the meeting is $10, but they in no way want that to discourage anyone from attending if that is a hardship.
The date is Monday, Sept 11th. Their business meeting and refreshments start at 10 with the program beginning at 10:30. This will all be held at the 1st Congregational Church ( the Big White One) on Falmouth Green. For those who can walk, it is a short distance from the Palmer Rd. Steamship Authority Lot. You can take the Ferry and jump on the bus to Palmer. Also, we may be able to take the Sealine bus from the SSA terminal to downtown Falmouth. Their fall schedule is not published yet, but should be available in the next couple of weeks. The cost is $2pp or $ 1pp over 60 yrs of age.
For anyone not able to negotiate a bus, the club president has graciously offered to arrange for pick-up in Woods Hole.
If you cannot attend our meeting, but would like to join the group going to Falmouth, please email us at this address, email@example.com, asap. I would like to notify the Falmouth Club with an accurate count as seats will be set aside for us. If you sign-up and later find you cannot make it, please let us know that too. I am personally delighted that we are establishing a connection with our friends in Falmouth and look forward to more collaboration in the future.
